How does delivery work?

Delivery on all orders
Delivery is £10 on each item sold to Mainland England & Wales business address. Standard deliveries are between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends)

Dated and Timed deliveries
We can arrange a delivery date to suit you – please call 0330 088 3628 to arrange a convenient time.

Special Delivery Charges
Due to their nature, you may incur additional delivery charges. In these circumstances, you will be advised at the time of ordering or when your order is confirmed.

How to Return a Product

When contacting us to arrange a return we usually ask for the following information:

Are the goods still within the 14 day receipt of product?

Are the goods still in the original packaging and in a resalable condition?

What address would you like the goods collected from?

Contact name and telephone number for collection.

What are the opening times for collection?

We are pleased to offer a 14 day money back guarantee and free returns service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us

What is the best way to dispose of the used water?

Please dispose of waste water down an appropriate waste water drain.

Can I extend the warranty?

Yes, an additional years warranty is £75 plus VAT.  Our Sales Team will contact you once your 12 months warranty is over to see if you wish to extend.

How do the sinks come packaged?

All Sinks come packed in custom made Mobile Sink boxes, Our Odyssey 2000 comes on a pallet.

Can I buy accessories after I have purchased a sink?

You are able to buy Hygiene Packs and Fresh and Waste Water Containers.

How do I create an account?

Simply click the “Sign in/Register” link at the top right of any page. You will be directed to a registration page where you must enter the requested information and create a password.

Make sure to keep your email and password confidential, as they allow access to your account.

If you do not wish to create an account, you can use guest checkout to place an order.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, if you call 03300 883628 between 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday we will be able to take your order over the phone

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, we accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal, through our website. We also accept card payments over the phone, and we can also email you an invoice and you can do a BACS transfer.

For enquiries, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help. We use a secure payment processing service to guarantee the safety and security of your transactions. For your protection, the shop DOES NOT store your payment information on our servers.

What happens if a product I want to order isn’t available to purchase?

Please give a call to check lead times or email us at [email protected], if unavailable we will always offer you an alternative.

Can an invoice be issued for my order?

Yes – you will be asked to fill in the additional required fields at the checkout page to receive an invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes – but you must cancel before the product has been dispatched to you, if cancelled after you are in the receipt of the product. If you wish to cancel your purchase after you have received the product, we advise the goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.

Should an item need to be returned it must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Once the goods have been used or kept beyond 14 days they cannot be returned as they are deemed to have been accepted by the customer. There will be a collection charge and a 15% restocking charge plus VAT for items returned unused within the first 14 days. Bespoke orders cannot be returned, and only reusable parts will be offered any refund.

How much is delivery?

Can I have my item installed?

No, we do not offer an installation service, but our products come ready to use, so there is no need for installation.

When will I receive my order?

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email; when your order is shipped, you will receive a follow-up email from us to advise that your order has been dispatched, you will also receive the courier company’s website to track your order status.

When can I expect to hear back from an enquiry?

We make every effort to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 3 business days.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

The cardboard box containing our Mobile Sink Units are made from FSC certified paper, meaning it comes from responsibly managed forests, controlled sources, recycled materials, or a combination of these and can also be recycled. We are constantly seeking out new ways to improve our packaging, so if you have any recommendations, email us at [email protected]

Where are your Mobile Sinks manufactured?

We manufacture our Mobile Sinks in our Factory in the West Midlands

How should I store my Odyssey Mobile Sink?

Before storing the unit, all water must be drained to protect the unit from freezing. Remove all water from both the fresh and the wastewater containers. Place the freshwater container back into the unit with the freshwater pipe in the correct position in the water container.

What is the voltage, and can I use it when travelling to countries with different voltages?

The voltage is 220-240V in the UK. Your Odyssey Mobile Sink has been precisely engineered for use in which it was purchased. As voltage varies from country to country, please follow the guidance on usage in the guarantee section of your user manual.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the UK. If you interested in purchasing our products and you are based outside of the UK please email us at [email protected] advising which country you require the product to be shipped, the model you are interested in and the quantity of mobile sink units you are looking to order.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and will be confirmed at checkout for you.

What about customs charges?

We rarely get reports of customers being faced with customs fees; however, depending on your country, you may need to pay customs fees or import duty if prompted. We recommend checking your country’s customs charges and threshold prior to ordering to avoid disappointment, as we are unfortunately unable to cover customs charges.

Can I arrange to have my delivery left in a safe place?

Delivery times vary based on the item’s order and the location of delivery.

Where is my order?

This depends on your delivery method – if you’re not sure which you selected, please check your order confirmation email which will let you know when your order is due. If this date has passed, please check your tracking number if you have one or just get in touch. We are always happy to help with any queries you may have and can investigate any delays for you right away.

Something from my order is missing/faulty/incorrect - what do I do?

If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you’re missing something from your order we’re really sorry for the error (it doesn’t happen very often, we promise!)

Discounts & Promotions
Where can discounts be applied?

Discount codes can be applied at the shopping cart

Can codes be used on products which are already discounted or on promotion?

Discount codes cannot be used on products which are already discounted or on promotion (for example comes with a free gift).

Do you have Black Friday discounts?

If within 7 days of purchase, you find the same model advertised at a lower price we’ll refund the difference.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Promise does not apply if the product is reconditioned, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box or a demonstrated product.

Where do I enter a discount code?

The discount code will need to be entered in the basket, before you checkout.

Simply click on the blue ‘Gift Voucher Code’ link and enter the code in the box provided. As soon as you click ‘Apply,’ provided the order is eligible, the discount will then be applied to your order.

As our discount/promo codes vary so do the Terms and Conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and will have an expiry date.

You should be able to find the Terms and Conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website or you can also check out the banner showing the discount on the website.
