The following terms govern all hires from The Mobile Sink Company Ltd by phone, fax, email, eCommerce website, email or otherwise.
Hire Charges:
The stated hire price on your invoice is for the duration of the time you have indicated to us. All payments for hires must be made 10 days before the event.
Additional charges will be made at our full standard published rate if your hired portable hand wash mobile sink unit is not returned or available for collection by the pre-agreed date.
Cancellation Policy:
If an order is cancelled by the customer less than 48 hours before the expected delivery date there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the full hire cost (including delivery charge). If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be charged the full amount (including delivery charges).
Delivery Standard:
On placing your order a delivery time frame will be given to you by phone or email. We deliver Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm and all orders must be signed for; If an order is refused and a re-delivery needs to be arranged this will incur an additional cost per order per failed attempt.
There are NO time specific collections available to our customers.
Delivery Exhibitions / Events / Showgrounds:
All delivery information, including event passes and car parking passes must be provided before the event or details given of where they can be collected if applicable.
Delivery and collection from these events does not fall within our standard delivery and collection and will therefore be charged a delivery and collection cost.
A third party courier will often be used for these events and the cost will be based on day, timings, weight, volume and mileage.
Portable hand wash mobile sink units will be delivered at the required locations and time frames the customer has requested.
Damaged Goods:
The Mobile Sink Company must be notified of / damaged goods / faulty goods within 1 days of receipt of goods. The hirer will provide adequate delivery and collection access.
Equipment transported in the hirers own vehicle is at the hirer’s risk.
Ownership of Goods:
Portable hand wash sink units remain the property of the Mobile Sink Company at all times.
Testing:
Before any hire period commences, all portable hand wash mobile sink units will be PAT (portable appliance testing) tested. All portable hand wash mobile sink units will be inspected, cleaned and sterilised before hire. All portable hand wash mobile sink units will be functionally tested to ensure correct operation before hire.
Operating Instructions:
All operating instructions and user manuals will be sent out with the hired portable hand wash mobile sink unit.
Claims / Liability:
No claims by the hirer for any financial loss caused by late or non–delivery of any portable hand wash mobile sink units.
No claims by the hirer for issues arising from non-compliance to correct set-up instruction or incorrect usage.
Loss of Equipment:
The hirer will pay for lost portable hand wash mobile sinks units and or equipment at full replacement costs.
Safe Use:
The hirer is responsible for the safe and correct operation of the portable hand wash mobile sinks by competent persons not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and for its constant supervision within the range of children.
The hirer will ensure any non Mobile Sink equipment used in conjunction with or attached to the portable hand wash mobile sink unit also conforms to safety requirements.
Equipment breakdown:
The hirer will immediately notify the Mobile Sink Company of any equipment breakdowns without attempt at repair. If the equipment is confirmed to be faulty, the Mobile Sink Company will provide either a replacement unit or refund at its discretion. Refunds will only be processed once the portable hand wash mobile sinks unit has been returned to the Mobile Sink Company, tested and confirmed to be faulty. In the event that the equipment is tested and confirmed to operating correctly, no refund will apply.
Collection of Portable Hand Wash Mobile Sink unit:
1 free standard collection is offered, if a collection is refused and needs to be rearranged this will incur an additional cost per order per failed attempt of £22.50.
The hirer will remain responsible for the portable hand wash mobile sink units actual collection. Failure to comply will result in being invoiced for the full cost of the item.
Cleaning / Damaged / Repairs:
The hirer will be invoiced for any repairs or damages to the portable hand wash mobile sink unit(s) on return to the Mobile Sink Company. The hirer will also be invoiced for any major cleaning needed to the portable hand wash mobile sink unit(s), all portable hand wash mobile sink units should be cleaned and the water emptied before return / collection.
Security:
The hirer accepts responsibility for the equipment’s security. Its collection by or return to the Mobile Sink Company and undertakes not to sell or relinquish possession, alter, repair or modify in any way.
