Due to recent changes and advancements we are currently able to service and inspect our mobile sink units purchased from 2017 onwards. All mobile sink units should have a unique serial number which would confirm the date of purchase. Speak to a member of the team to identify the date of purchase. A small number of mobile sink units have been discontinued and unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service for those models.
Our Odyssey portable hand wash basins are designed to be sturdy and hard wearing but every now and again you might want to give your portable hand wash basin a little TLC by getting it serviced. Prices start from as little as £275.00 excl. VAT and this includes free collection re-delivery to mainland UK postcodes (excluding Highlands & Islands). If you have sent your mobile sink in for inspection any charges will be deducted from the service charges as shown below.

As large and often bespoke mobile sink units, the gold service is suitable for our Odyssey 3000 Mobile Sinks and our Freestyle Sink Solutions including our innovative Freestyle Free flow Sink.
Your Odyssey Mobile Sink units being returned for service/inspection must have all water containers removed, boxed for collection and clearly labelled with our full address details. Our Customer Services Team will make sure you are sent packaging for the collection and will arrange a suitable collection date to suit your requirements. Our goal is to keep our portable sinks units working and in the very best condition as we know they can then withstand years and years of use. We look to turn around all services within 21 working days or sooner where workloads allow. We will try our upmost to offer a Service / Repair on discontinued and Bespoke Products, but this may not be possible, and alternatives can be offered from time to time.

There can be situations where customers want their Mobile Sinks inspected, in our years of experience this can be the result of user error. Usually, there is either a problem relating to the power e.g. using an extension cable or damage to the moulded power lead, i.e. a broken plug due to it being dropped. Occasionally it can simply be due to not turning the temperature control dial down / up.
When a customer requests an inspection we only charge for the packaging, logistics of delivery & collection plus a minimum fee of £75 + VAT for this to be inspected by our factory.
If your mobile sink unit has no issues on inspection you will not be charged anything additional and your unit will be returned to you.
The Mobile Sink Company Ltd undertakes a 12-month warranty period to repair or replace the appliance or any part of the appliance found not to be working properly free of charge provided that:
You promptly notify us of the problem;
The appliance has not been altered in any way or subjected to damage, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by a person other than a person authorised by The Mobile Sink Company Ltd;
Faults that occur through, improper use, damage, abuse, use with incorrect voltage, act of nature, ( such extreme cold weather ) events beyond the control of The Mobile Sink Company Ltd, repair or alteration by a person other than an authorised by The Mobile Sink Company Ltd or failure to follow instructions for use are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, minor discolouration and scratches are not covered by this warranty;
These rights under this warranty shall only apply to the original purchaser and shall not extend to third parties.
